7. Adding Customer Contacts

Customer contacts are an optional part of the system but do hold a useful feature.

Just like a customer, a contact record only requires a name. Other fields are present and can be optionally populated such as phone numbers and email addresses.

If you want to give your customers access to your system then contacts are required. When entering a contact there is a checkbox and password field that can be populated. Using their name, password and your account code, the contact can access the system and have a read-only view of their service calls.

 

Contacts are listed giving you a quick overview of each contacts information and an indicator showing whether that contact can login.
